One of our clients reached out to us awhile ago - they had set up online ordering and they wanted us to integrate it into their website. We began the process, starting (as we always do) with a comprehensive test of the customer experience.
During testing, we discovered an extremely sneaky bug on the online ordering platform (a very well-known, billion dollar company), that prevented all users from being able to order food.
In under 30 minutes, we had generated a technical bug report for our client to submit to the online ordering platform, explaining exactly what was happening in a way that was easy for developers to debug and fix.
Within a week, the platform had fixed the problem and we integrated online ordering on our client's website.
